Luxury apartment
Central Elegance is located on the second and highest floor of Coeur Village, right in the centre of Roquefort-les-Pins. This stylishly furnished two-room apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both rooms and has a well-equipped kitchen. The elegant living/dining room provides access to a balcony with seating and a view of the lively square, surrounded by a diverse range of shops. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed, while the bathroom offers a luxurious rain shower and bathtub for the ultimate in comfort. There is an underground, secure car park where you can safely park your car. The apartment and the car park are both accessible by lift or stairs.

Accessibility
Central Elegance is very easily accessible by car, plane and bus. It is only a 10-minute drive from the A8 motorway and 20-25 minutes from Nice-Côte d'Azur International Airport. There is a bus stop 50 metres from the villa with direct and fast connections to various destinations, including Nice Airport and the cities of Grasse, Cagnes-sur-Mer and the centre of Nice.

French cities
From Central Elegance you can easily visit the famous cities of Cannes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco and Saint-Tropez. Charming villages such as Saint-Paul-de-Vence and Eze are also within easy reach. A trip to Italy is also an option, allowing you to explore places such as Ventimiglia, Bordighera and even San Remo.

Mediterranean
The beaches of the Mediterranean are only 15 minutes away. Enjoy the azure blue sea or take a boat trip to the Îles de Lerins, two islands off the coast of Cannes.

Golf courses
The Côte d'Azur has countless beautiful golf courses set in breathtaking landscapes. There are dozens of golf courses in the vicinity of Central Elegance, including Golf d'Opio in Valbonne, just 5 minutes away.

Roquefort-les-Pins
In this quiet village you will find a few excellent restaurants and bakeries with delicious fresh baguettes and warm croissants. In case of emergency, there is a medical centre and a pharmacy available. In addition, a Dutch-speaking general practitioner has a practice in a nearby village.

Professional cleaning like in a hotel, soft towels, perfect bed linen, shower gels, laundry and dishwashing supply, coffee machine capsules, garbage bags, a vacuum cleaner, and well-selected cooking stoves. This is not our first time booking this apartment and we are always greeted with fresh flowers and chocolates. One of the most important things for me is the underground parking, the elevator which leads directly to the apartment floor. It is very convenient. There are many good shops around, and a large supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. Iris is a very good and caring host, she is always available and will tell you and show you everything you need. Thank you for the warm welcome and your professional attitude Iris!

Het appartement ligt in het centrum van het stadje en in de directe omgeving zit een bakker, een supermarkt en enkele restaurantjes waar het goed vertoeven is.
Vanuit Roquefort-les-Pins is het gemakkelijk dagtrips te maken naar bijvoorbeeld Monte-Carlo, Saint-Tropez en Gorges du Verdon. Vooral die laatste zijn een aanrader als je het mij vraagt.

Martijn en Iris zijn geweldige hosts en hun gastvrijheid is van een ander niveau. Dank voor jullie goede zorgen!
